How do we start?
Two ways in: send a brief if the scope is clear, or bring a challenge you’re still evaluating and we’ll pressure-test it with you. Either way it begins with a 30-minute call about the business — no brief, no budget and no pitch needed.
What happens after we get in touch?
We read what you sent and come back with the questions that matter. Then a 30-minute call to understand the business, not just the feature list. After that you get either a scoped route to launch, or an honest read on the risks and what we’d do next.
Do we need a fixed budget first?
No. The contact form covers budgets from under $10k to $100k+, and “Not sure yet” is a perfectly good answer — the first call is there to work it out.
Can we just email instead?
Yes — write to info@arkgroup.ae with whatever you have so far.
Does the work stop at launch?
No. Launch is the start of the work, not the end — we design systems to keep evolving rather than become obsolete.
